Creating Advanced Digital Checklists

This document guides you through configuring checklist features such as asset validation, decision trees, alerts, and image verification. Adding these components into your checklists will increase accuracy, reduce errors, and give supervisors confidence.

Configuring Asset Validation

Step 1

Begin by navigating down the left-side panel to locate the checklist icon. From this point, select the Create Checklist button located in the top right corner and assign a name to your checklist.

Step 2

Next insert a text input field step, and prompt the user to scan the asset tag.

Step 3

Lastly, add an alert to trigger if the incorrect asset tag is scanned. This alert will be initiated if the scanned asset tag does not match the expected asset tag. You can require verification prior to continuing. Use the alert settings to configure this behavior.

Establishing a Decision Tree

Step 1

Drag a decision step into your checklist, and enter the question you would like the decision tree to begin with.

Step 2

Now configure the branches in the right-hand panel. These responses determine which steps the user will be faced with. You can begin dragging in steps underneath one or both choices to build out each path.

Setting an Alert

Under the Controls section of a step, click the Alert portion to begin configuring. The alert will trigger when a user’s entered values match the conditions you set. If you enable block progression, the user will be unable to continue until the alert is resolved; if you enable require verification, a reviewer must verify before proceeding. Add a message telling the user what to do after the alert triggers.

Configuring Image Verification

Step 1

Upload an image input field.

Step 2

Require the technician to upload a photo of the item you would like verified. Enable AI validation to begin the verification process.
