How to delete offline data from the mobile application
To clear cached data from your mobile device in Chekhub, follow these steps:
Access the More Menu:
On the Mobile Dashboard, click the 'More' button located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
Open Preferences:
A side panel will appear. Click the 'Preferences' button.
Navigate to Offline Data:
In the mobile preferences menu, click the 'Offline Data' button.
Clear Log Data:
You will see offline data for Tickets, Checklists, and Logs. Click on the 'Logs' tab.
Select 'Delete All' to clear all log data.
By following these steps, you can effectively clear cached log data from your mobile device in Chekhub.
