Learn how to change your email address and reset your Chekhub password.
Steps to Change Your Email Address
Open Profile Menu:
Click the Profile menu located in the top right corner of your screen.

Edit Account Information:
Select the "Edit my account" option from the dropdown menu.

Change Email Address:
Click the orange "Change Email Address" button located below your information. A dialogue box will appear, prompting you to enter your new email address.

Verify New Email Address:
After entering your new email address, a verification code will be sent to your email. Enter this code into the Verification Code box and click the confirmation button in the bottom right corner.

Your email address has now been successfully updated!
Reset Your Password
Navigate to the Chekhub Sign-In Page
Open your browser and go to the Chekhub sign-in page.
Select “Forgot Password”
On the sign-in screen, click the “Forgot Password” link below the password field.

Enter Your Email Address
Input the email address associated with your Chekhub account and submit the request.
Check Your Email for Reset Instructions
Open your email inbox and locate the password reset email from Chekhub. If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Follow the Password Reset Link
Click the link provided in the email to open the password reset page.

Set Your New Password
Enter your new password and confirm it as instructed.
Log in to Your Chekhub Account
Return to the Chekhub sign-in page, enter your email and new password, and click “Sign In” to access your account.
